The window

The guarantee window is 90 days, starting on the first day of your first paid billing period (i.e. once your 7-day free trial ends and you're charged for the first time). If your organic traffic has not grown by the end of that 90-day window, you can request a full refund of everything you've paid us.

The conditions

We can only improve traffic for work that actually shipped. To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, during the 90-day window you must have:

• Published at least 10 Papigrows-generated articles to a live website (via a connected CMS or another publishing method), and
• Activated the platform's optimization features (such as content optimization and internal linking).

The guarantee does not apply to accounts that published little or no content, or never enabled optimization - we can't grow traffic for articles that were never published, and we won't ask you to take our word for it either way: your publishing and optimization activity is visible in your own dashboard.

How to claim it

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your organization name and the site you published to. We'll verify that the conditions above were met and, if so, issue a full refund to your original payment method via Stripe. We aim to confirm and process every valid claim within 5 business days.

What "refund every cent" means

A qualifying claim refunds 100% of what you've paid Papigrows during the guarantee period - not a partial credit, and not store credit. Once refunded, your subscription is cancelled and access ends at the close of the then-current billing period, consistent with the Terms of Service (Termination, §8).
